Amsterdam street photography
The Netherlands - reportage - candid

This year, the Dutch bought some 70 million € worth of fireworks, approximately the same amount as last year. On New Year's Eve there was still a rush of customers wanting to buy them from authorised firework shops.

Fireworks shop in Amsterdam. Piles of empty boxes are brought out and waiting for the garbage collectors, while new boxes with fireworks are still being delivered, and a crowd of customers is queueing at the door and inside to get their choice of fireworks.
